Billing Justification

Lighting System 1: Use of lighting system: dimmers, circuiting, and lighting instruments with lamps. No more instruments than to provide a single color wash from front of house (FOH), single color down light wash, and two specials. Charge for gel will apply. Setup charge will apply.

Lighting System 2: Use of lighting system: dimmers, circuiting, and lighting instruments with lamps. No more instruments than to provide a two color wash from FOH, two colors of down light washes, and up to five specials. Charge for gel will apply. Setup charge will apply.

Lighting System 3: Use of lighting system: dimmers, circuiting, and lighting instruments with lamps. No more instruments than to provide a four color wash from FOH, four colors of down light washes, and up to fifteen specials. Charge for gel will apply. Setup charge will apply.

Lighting System 4: Use of lighting system: dimmers, circuiting, and lighting instruments with lamps. The use of all the conventional lighting fixtures. Charge for gel will apply. Setup charge will apply.

Sound Reinforcement
System 1: Sound system will include microphone cables, microphone stands, sub-snakes, compact disc player, tape player, system equalizer, sound board, and use of the house speaker system. No more than 4 inputs. Setup charges will apply.

System 2: Sound system will include microphone cables, microphone stands, sub-snakes, direct boxes, compact disc player, tape player, system equalizer, processing, sound board, and use of the house speaker system. No more than 8 inputs. Setup charges will apply.

Sound Reinforcement
System 3: Sound system will include microphone cables, microphone stands, sub-snakes, direct boxes, compact disc player, tape player, system equalizer, processing, sound board, and use of the house speaker system. No more than 16 inputs. Setup charges will apply.

Sound Reinforcement
System 4: Sound system will include microphone cables, microphone stands, sub-snakes, direct boxes, compact disc player, tape player, system equalizer, processing, sound board, and use of the house speaker system. No more than 32 inputs. Setup charges will apply.

Monitor System 1: No more than two powered monitors controlled from the front of house sound board. Setup charges will apply.

Monitor System 2: No more than four bi-amplified wedge speakers with four equalizers, amplifiers and cabling. No more than four mixes controlled from the front of house sound board. Setup charges will apply.

Monitor System 3: Full Monitor System: sound board capable of six independent mixes, six equalizers, four monitor wedges with amplifiers for each, and two powered monitors. Setup charges will apply.

Microphone Level 1: One Dynamic Microphone.

Microphone Level 2: One Condenser Microphone.

Fly System Level 1: Use of Main drape. No more than six pulls.

Fly System Level 2: Use of Main drape, and one other Line. No more than twelve pulls. Labor and setup charges will apply.

Fly System Level 3: Full use of Fly system. Labor and setup charges will apply.

Acoustic Shell 1: One electric, two ceilings, five towers. Setup charges will apply.

Acoustic Shell 2: Two electrics, three ceilings, eight towers. Setup charges will apply.

Acoustic Shell 3: Four electrics, five ceilings, ten towers. Set up charges will apply.

Special Cleaning: The Special Cleaning charge will be applied when more than one event occurs in the same weekend. This charge is to cover the cost of having the Brooks Center custodial staff work overtime.
