Please note that the box office is closed during all University holidays.


Handling & Online Fees

A $2 per ticket fee (capped at $10) for all phone orders.

A $4 per ticket fee is added to all online purchases.

A $1 per order fee is charged for mailing tickets.  (Tickets may be held in Will Call without fee.)

Fees do NOT apply to Tri-ART (our outreach program) orders.

Fees cover web maintenance, internet security/encryption, ticketing, credit processing fees and handling/postage.


10 Gets You 10!

Receive a 10 percent discount with the purchase of 10 or more tickets for in person, phone, and mail orders. This discount does not apply to Online and Tri-ART orders.

THE 10 PERCENT DISCOUNT DOES NOT APPLY TO ONLINE TICKET ORDERS.


No Refunds or Exchanges

Brooks Center policy prohibits refunds and exchanges on tickets. You are encouraged to return tickets for events you cannot attend. Your donated tickets are tax deductible.
