Piano competency required at the MUSIC 102 level for all music concentration majors before graduation.

(1) Students are expected to have completed the first semester of modern language in high school or in a Clemson summer session before the first semester of the freshman year, except for Chinese or Japanese.
(2) MUSIC 361, 362, 363, 364, 369, 371 and 372 only (no more than 2 credits of MUSIC 361 and/or 364 will count toward ensemble requirement). Keyboard students must take a minimum of 1 hour each of MUSIC 323, applied organ and applied carillon for 3 of the 4 required ensemble credits.
