Biography

Mr. David Conley serves as Lecturer in Music at Clemson University where he directs the select menís breakout ensemble, Tigeroar. Currently, he is pursuing a doctorate in Worship from Covenant Seminary in St. Louis. He also holds a Masterís degree from Erskine Seminary and an undergraduate degree from Clemson University.

Mr. Conley serves as the music director at Clemson Presbyterian Church and is a founding member of their denominationís national network of church musicians. He is a frequent speaker at worship conferences and has arranged hundreds of songs for churches, college groups and community orchestras. While a Clemson undergraduate, he was the student conductor and accompanist for the Clemson choral ensembles and has stayed involved over the years as an arranger and conductor, including helping found the Tigeroar ensemble with Dr. Dan Rash in 1997.

He is active in the community music scene as well, playing piano in the jazz/blues band, Soulfetch; and various folk instruments in the Celtic ensemble, Emerald Road. Mr. Conley lives in Clemson with his wife, Michelle, and their children, Wilson and Elyse. He enjoys reading, sports and all things British!
