The Office of Access and Equity has implemented several changes to its documents and procedures. The changes impact the process for recruiting both Classified and Unclassified personnel and include revised search flowcharts that are consistent with the online application system now in use by Human Resources for Classified searches. The search flowcharts in PDF format are designed to graphically depict the Classified Recruitment Process and Unclassified Recruitment Process. You will need the latest (free) version of Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to view the flowcharts.
These changes have been made to:
- Better monitor the entire hiring process to ensure state and federal compliance
- Streamline the Office of Access and Equity approval process
- Reduce confusion concerning which forms to use in which circumstances
- Increase accessability and ease of form use by departments
- Ensure the accuracy of applicant data for compliance with state and federal Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity (AA/EEO) regulations
