Clemson University is situated in the city of Clemson, South Carolina, located on the shores of scenic Lake Hartwell in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Clemson is 150 miles, a two-hour drive, from the major cities of Atlanta and Charlotte and 45 minutes from the Greenville/Spartanburg Airport. The city of Clemson and the University jointly operate a bus transit that services the city and the University. An airport shuttle service is available to transport passengers between the Greenville/
Spartanburg International Airport and Clemson. Directions and transportation
