Brenda is the administrative coordinator for the vice president for academic affairs and provost. She plans, organizes and administers functions for the provost's office. Additionally, she provides the provost administrative support in faculty grievances, tenure and promotion, appointments, re-appointments, sabbaticals, leave without pay, university faculty appointments and terminations, the faculty manual, academic council, university curriculum and honorary degree nominations.

Pat assists the Provost in the coordination and management of the new faculty orientation, organization of academic department chairs, faculty senate liaison and faculty manual issues. Additionally, she interacts with the faculty to assure that they are recognized for their awards and contributions to the university.
