Creek Dam -- Municipal Water Supply Reservoir, City of Forsyth,
Georgia
- Remediation
of an existing, failed structure. Existing dam to be removed
and replaced with a roller-compacted concrete structure.
- Responsible
for onsite geo-technical investigation including rock coring
and permeability testing of foundation rock.
Julian
Danielly Dam -- Private recreational lake
- 14-acre
lake impounded by 35-foot earthen embankment.
- Responsible
for construction observation and onsite materials testing of
compacted structural fill and concrete.
- Responsible
for tracking of quantities for billing approval for the Owner
Yahoola
Creek Dam -- Municipal Water Supply Reservoir, City of Dahlonega/Lumpkin
County, Georgia
- 141-acre
lake impounded by 40-foot earth embankment.
- Responsible
for onsite geo-technical investigation including rock coring
and permeability testing of foundation rock.
- Structural
analysis and design of 35-foot reinforced concrete inlet structure
and twin 5-ft. x 5-ft. box conduit transition section.
