The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Agricultural Education Club is excited to be hosting the National ATA conclave this year. The conclave will take place at the

The cost for registration is $75.00/person before midnight on October 7th and $100.00 thereafter. This includes all three days of activities listed in the agenda below.

Quiz Bowl

  1. The Technical area of concentration this year is: Animal Science
  2. The Agricultural Education Organization area of concentration this year is: NYFEA

 

Essay

  1. The topic is: How might SAEs and Proficiencies be improved or modified in order to more effectively ensure that participating students are completely prepared to pursue the career and educational paths that best fit their interests and abilities?
  2. The deadline for submission is October 7th, 2016  by 5pm (EST) to jce122@psu.edu

 

Debate

The topic is: The name SAE should be replaced with Supervised Career Experience to allow students to utilize non-agricultural business and research experiences for their programming.
