All ORANGE Cooper River Bridge Run

The Charleston Clemson Club is currently in the beginning stages of formulating an event around the Bridge Run for all Clemson Friends, Alumni and Fans throughout the Southeast.  Be on the lookout for further details regarding a Bridge Run Tee Shirt that will be available for purchase, as well as a post run event at the Point on Saturday, April 5th. Clemson Women’s Leadership Conference
Saturday April 12 – 9 AM at Clemson – Hendrix Center

Leadership Education in the Center for Student Involvement at Clemson University has implemented a Women's Leadership Initiative. Through this initiative, we are hosting two inaugural programs for Clemson: Food for Thought and a Women's Leadership Conference. Our Women's Leadership Conference is intended to showcase and highlight the successes and accomplishments achieved by women in the Clemson community.  Click here for further details.  There will be a contingency of ladies from the Charleston Area attending this conference. Bring Your Daughter to Clemson Weekend!
Calling all Dads & Moms – and of course Clemson Girls….
Announcing our 10thAnnual “Bring Your Daughter to Clemson” Weekend 
Friday May 16 – Sunday May 18th 2008

Our Women’s Alumni Council’s signature event and on-campus weekend will kickoff with a Tiger Tailgate Party at Stadium Suites.  This year, we’ll be celebrating Clemson Women’s Past, Present and Future with Ann Russell whom has gracious written a collective biography on the life and time of Anna Calhoun Clemson – wife of Clemson University Founder, Thomas Green Clemson.  This weekend is designed for girls aged 6-18 years. We will be hosting some of our favorite events again this year including Cosmic Bowling, “Decorate Your Door” Competition, Dairy Farm Tour, Ice Cream Creations and hosting an Amazing Race Scavenger Hunt for older girls who can network with present Clemson students to talk about what college is really like.  There may be a few additional surprises in store for you this year.  Last but not least, we’ll cap off the event with a visit fro m your favorite Tiger Mascot and complete the event with rubbing Howard’s Rock, giving a 110% and run down THE HILL at Death Valley.

Open registration this year for BYDTC weekend will begin on Tuesday April 1 and will close on Thursday May 1 and will be available online at http://alumni.clemson.edu/women .  Please be advised that we have a limited number of attendees of which we may accommodate, please be mindful that first registrants will be given priority! We will be offering early check in on Friday May 16th for a minimal additional fee.    Mark your calendar now to register and attend this fantastic and all ORANGE weekend.  Hope to see you there and GO TIGERS!!!

Join us – Charleston Lowcountry Ladies of all ages attending Tommy’s own football camp.
