Guidelines for Web Updates
CLEMSON CLUB/AFFINITY GROUP WEBSITES

Clemson University name and trademarks are owned, controlled, and protected by the University and cannot be used on the World Wide Web or elsewhere without prior written permission from Clemson.

All emails to Clemson alumni pertaining to club events, merchandise, meetings, and updates must be submitted through the Clemson Alumni official website (with access granted to Club Presidents).

Only the Clemson Alumni Association can maintain a listserve for communications regarding Clemson alumni information/invitations.

The Clemson Alumni Office will control the uploading of content on club/group sites. Please review the guidelines listed below for submission of content.

At this time, you cannot automatically post info to alumni.clemson.edu, but please forward any info viaemail to us now!

The Clemson Tiger Paw is a registered trademark affiliated with athletics and permission must be granted for any representation.

ADA standards – American Disability Association sets standards on file size, font, alternate text, and multimedia graphics.

It is intended that all Clemson Alumni groups’ webpages be similar in design and maintenance, although each group will vary in content

All official Clemson Alumni group webpages will be located on domain, “alumni.clemson.edu”

Content on group pages must be submitted to or approved by Director, Alumni & Development Web Services: help@alumni.clemson.edu .

All open alumni events should be posted on the Alumni Master Calendar. Each club will designate a volunteer to post events on Clemson’s online form (password given by Randy or Tenneil)
