Executive Committee: Takes action on behalf of the Foundation Board, between Board meetings. Reviews and makes recommendations for action regarding items presented to the Board.
Policy and By-laws Committee: Recommends changes to the constitution and by-laws to reflect the current status of the Foundation mission and day-to-day operations.
Investment Committee: Provides financial and investment guidance to ensure the best return on investments by efficient management of Foundation assets.
Nominations Committee: Presents to the full Board each year a slate of recommended directors that is derived from a broad list of nominations.
Primary Gifts Committee: Supervises the strategy for attracting major capital gifts to support endowment, construction and other University priorities.*
Audit Committee: Contracts for and monitors the annual independent audit of the Foundation's financial statements.
*The Primary Gifts Committee may be replaced by a Campaign Executive Committee during those period of time when the University is engaged in a capital campaign.
