Meet Ed Evans 72, President of the Clemson University Tiger Band Association
ANNUAL: After leaving Clemson, Ed worked as a manager for the Palmetto Electric Cooperative and a major radio network and has been an active annual donor since graduation.
LEADERSHIP: In July 2006, Ed helped start the Tiger Band Commitment;a two-year campaign to raise $2 million to provide scholarships for Tiger Band students.
LIFETIME: After retiring and moving back to the Clemson area to be closer to his alma mater, Ed made the decision to include the Clemson University Foundation in his estate plan. His future gift will be used to establish a permanent endowment which will support Tiger Band forever.
