Clemson Announces Capital Campaign
Over 2500 students, faculty, alumni, and friends were in attendance at a picnic on Bowman Field as Clemson kicked off the public phase of a capital campaign to raise $600 million in private gifts by June 30, 2012. The Will to Lead: A Campaign for Clemson will support students and faculty by providing scholarships, fellowships, professorships and enhanced learning and research opportunities with top facilities and technology. New Year Focuses on Student Success and Philanthropy

Graduate School Reports Record Interest
The Clemson University Graduate School received a record-breaking 6,082 applications for the 2010-11 academic year, a 20 percent increase over last year. The university reports 3,752 graduated students were enrolled, up from 3,600 last year. read more >

Graduates Find Jobs at Twice the National Average
Clemson graduates are finding jobs at nearly twice the national average of college graduates, and nearly half of them are staying in South Carolina, according to a survey. Thirty-four percent, or 1,382, of 4,119 graduates responded to a survey between December 2009 and June 2010. Twenty-five percent of respondents said they had accepted full-time jobs, nearly double the 13 percent national average reported by the National Association of Colleges and Employers. read more >

The Clemson majorettes are having a reunion on Saturday, October 2, 2010 and will be joining the Alumni Band for homecoming activities, which will be in the Brooks Center Lobby. Join in the pre-game march to the stadium, and across the field at half-time. Both marches are optional. Tigerama 2010
Tigerama will be held on Friday, October 1 at 7:00 PM in Littlejohn Coliseum, with Tailgate Tigerama pre-event taking place beforehand at 5:30PM also in Littlejohn. Tickets are $10 at the door the night of the show, $8 for adults in advance and $6 for students in advance with their school ID. Tickets can be purchased at various vendors in downtown Clemson or from the website. Join us Saturday, September 11, 2010 for this clinic to be held prior to the Clemson vs. Presbyterian College football game. Registration starts at 10:30 a.m. at the Clemson Indoor Track & Field Facility. The fee, payable by check only, is $60.00 and includes cheer and dance instruction, t-shirt, and lunch.
