It is important to review your credit report annually to be certain there are no errors in it. Consumers are entitled to a free report if they have been denied credit. The denial letter will detail which credit bureau was used to make the credit decision, and the bureau will supply a copy of the report, upon request. Consumers who have not been denied credit can order a copy of a credit bureau report at any time for a minimal fee.
