Turf Grass Educational Seminar Offers Lawn Care Companies a Day of Information

Horticulture Agent, Mark Arena developed a unique educational program that delivered information specific for turf grass. Using a blend of talent from Extension Service and industry members, several topics were covered ranging from environmental concerns to new products. The goal of this program was to provide practical and useful information that participants could utilize in their businesses. | | Impact | This one-day educational program attracted over 32 lawn care professionals from the Low Country area. Evaluation surveys filled out by participants showed favorable ratings for the program. Also, participants received pesticide credits in order to maintain their licenses. |
