  • Designed and equipped the C3B microarray fabrication facility with state-of-the-art equipment including:
    • Cartesian PixSys microarrayer
    • Genomic Solutions hybridization station
    • Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer
    • BioTek plate reading spectrophotometer
    • Perkin Elmer Mulitprobe II
    • Perkin Elmer Scann Array Express confocal microarray scanner with 4 available wavelengths
    • Class 1000 modular clean room for fabrication of microarrays
    • MWG 10K Pan Human oligo gene library
  • Designed and fabricated the C3B 10k, 20,000 feature Microarray based on the MWG Pan Human Oligo set and 27 calibration features added for data normalization and inter-platform comparison.
