Important deadlines and registration fees: We regret that we cannot accept registration once the conference starts. We are pleased that the regular registration fee is the same as for the 2004 WAC Conference.

Pre-conference Workshop Participants

Participants may select from optional workshops offered on Thursday, May 18, 9:00 am-noon.The fee includes continental breakfast, coffee break, and boxed lunch. The first 35 applicants will be accepted for each workshop. If your selection is not available, we will contact you for a second choice.

Registration fees include:

• Conference materials
• Coffee breaks
• Welcome social hour Wednesday evening
• Continental breakfast Friday and Saturday; lunch Friday and Saturday
• Dinner and entertainment at the Madren Center Friday evening

Lodging prices vary by hotel. The conference hotel is the James F. Martin Inn, connected to the Madren Conference Center on Lake Hartwell; there are also many other hotels nearby.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration fees, minus a $25 processing fee, can be refunded if a written request is received by April 28, 2006. No refunds will be authorized after April 28, but substitutions will be permitted until May 13, 2006.
