Kelli McCormick, AICP, is the Senior Associate-in-Charge of the Greenville office of Kendig Keast Collaborative. With over sixteen years of additional planning and development experience for Greenville, Greer, Spartanburg, and Florence, Kelli’s efforts have focused on land use planning, real estate entitlements, and community growth. Kelli has been actively involved in APA (American Planning Association) for nearly two decades, presenting at a variety of national and local conferences focused on development. Kelli attended undergraduate school at Clemson University and earned her graduate degree jointly from Clemson University and the University of South Carolina.
