Lee Gallery
The Lee Gallery is a vital part of the Art Department. Through it's exhibitions and programs it provides a forum for understanding the impact art has on people and cultures and to expand our knowledge about human development and global awareness.
Arts in April
The Department of Art joins with Performing Arts to support and celebrate the University wide Arts in April Festival. The event includes the visual arts, theater, music, literature and more during Clemson’s annual celebration of creativity on campus. Popular features of the festival include receptions and exhibitions featuring local and regional artists, ceramic art projects such as the Anagama kiln unloading, and the soup and salad bowl sale with work created by faculty, staff and students.
Art Partnership
The Art Partnership receives financial support from President Barker to fund permanent art installations on campus. The Art department partners with other departments on campus to commission the work. Since its initiation 8 significant works have been installed around campus with content pertinent to the works location.
S.C. Botanical Garden
The Art department is involved in the nature-based sculpture program at the S.C. Botanical Garden, which is on the Clemson campus. Grants fund the installation of nature-based work throughout the gardens. In addition, the department’s visiting artist program complements the faculty effort by inviting artists of regional and national prominence to conduct lectures, workshops and critiques.
F.A.S.A.

Past FASA events include parties, trips, fundraising events and art sales. The students maintain a site for FASA at http://people.clemson.edu/~FASA. Membership is open to all Clemson students.
