Throughout the day, special workshops and exhibitions occurred in and synchronous with the presentations of the colloquium. We would like to thank Nexus Press, the Xerox Corporation, and the Center for Electronic and Digital Publishing for their participation. Jo Ann Pachall, Director Emeritus
of Nexus Press in Atlanta assisted in a workshop and presentation
to the Art Department and presided over an exhibition of "artists
books (limited edition, high-quality publications characterized by
fine printing and illustrations). Representatives of The Xerox Corporation
presented a demonstration of new technology. The Center for Electronic and Digital
Publishing provided an exhibition about the developments of the center
in the Class of 1939 Display Case. |
