One winning poem will be awarded $500, and two runners-up will receive $100 and $50, respectively. Winning poems and selected finalists will be published in the Fall 2010 issue. Entries must be original, unpublished, and not have won a monetary award in other contests.

In addition to submissions addressing any aspect of Shakespeare’s works or the works of his contemporaries, we are requesting submissions for a theme-based issue, "Shakespeare and Tourism."
Essays may address the topic broadly and from a historical or contemporary perspective. Submissions will be read as received.
