On Friday, March 27th, the third group of inductees was presented to Clemson's Delta Chapter of the Phi Beta Kappa Society. Induction to the Phi Beta Kappa Society, the oldest of the academic honor societies, is based on outstanding academic achievement in the traditional arts and sciences.

Eleven Communication Studies majors were among the sixty-nine inductees for 2009.  I think that's a very impressive showing for Clemson's Communication Studies majors!  Please join me in congratulating these students, all new inductees to the Phi Beta Kappa Society:

David Barry

Kelly Boyd

Paige Gibson

Brittany Hoffman

Laura-Allen Kerlin

Sallie McKenzie

Andrew Price

Elizabeth Pridgen

Tiffany Sellers

Lindsay Simmons

Congratulations!
