Todd Anderson’s studio practice involves long-term, team-based projects that investigate ecological changes caused by global climate change. These projects have involved collaborations with scientists and other artists at various locations in Africa, Antarctica and North America (American West, American Southwest, and the Canadian Arctic). Todd Anderson’s artwork has been displayed at over 100 exhibitions stateside and abroad including major art fairs in Chicago, London, Los Angeles, Miami, New York City, and San Francisco. His artwork is part of numerous collections including the Davis Museum at Wellesley College, The Jordan Schnitzer Family Foundation, the New York Public Library, UW-Madison, Stanford University, Yale University, and the US Library of Congress. His artwork has likewise been collected and additionally displayed at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. In 2018, Todd Anderson was awarded a lifetime appointment to the distinguished Clemson University URSAAA society for rare and significant achievement in research. He is represented in Atlanta, GA, Portland, OR, and New York, NY. Todd Anderson lives in Clemson, South Carolina, with his wife, two children, chickens and dog.
