Spent 5 years as a senior project manager for a high-end custom residential developer/builder and before that he worked for Del Webb Corporation managing customer relations in Las Vegas, NV for a little over 2 years.
Teaches the CSM estimating courses and has previously taught residential capstone, materials and methods, construction graphics and introduction to construction.
Centers on trust between the key players to the construction project delivery process. Related interests include Lean Construction, Relational Sustainability, Project Team Creation and Behaviors, Ethics and Interdisciplinary Pedagogy.
Faculty advisor for the CSM student chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors and faculty coach of their student competition team. Also engaged in study abroad programs and is a member of the Associated Schools for Construction Research Committee.
