How Can I Help?
How you can contribute to the Department of Languages:
- Complete and submit the Alumni/Emeriti Online Information Form to let us know what you have been doing.
- Enroll in Ask-a-Tiger Network and help a Modern Languages, Language and International Trade, and Language and/or International Health major find out about career possibilities. The Ask-a-Tiger Network is a database of alumni, parents, and friends who have volunteered to talk to fellow Tigers about their career experiences.
- Call Rob Porter at (864) 656-1655 or e-mail him to find out how you can volunteer your special skills to be matched to the Department of Languages' needs.
- Make an annual gift to the Department of Languages. A gift of even $10 makes a difference. You can donate on the University's secure online form and designate the Department of Languages or any of the following projects/causes listed below:
The Jordan Dean Annual Travel Grant-in-Aid
The American Sign Language Support Fund
The Language & International Trade (L&IT) Annual Conference Fund
The Declamation Contest Fund
Department of Languages Program Development Fund
