Carl Eichel (Senior in mechanical engineering and German) obviously enjoyed his year in Austria. Recipient of the Draexlmaier Automotive Scholarship ($1500) for a CU engineering student in upper level German classes, Carl spent the academic year studying engineering at the Technical University of Vienna. Clearly he also found time to travel in Austria. The photos show him firmly on the ground in Raxalpe and close to heaven in the Alps surrounding Innsbruck. For those wishing to be mesmerized by the authentic Viennese dialect: Please look up Carl. You'll find it hard to believe he's an American!
