The conference presentation hall, DUC 276, is fully equipped with computer (for internet access or power point presentations) and audiovisual support. A book display will be set up in this room, where our welcoming reception will take place. Lunch will be provided in addition to coffee breaks throughout the day. The Danforth University Center also offers many spaces in which to convene, order refreshments, or dine should you wish to continue your conversations between sessions or in the evening.

Washington University in Sait Louis

Saint Louis's historical connections to France are well known. Washington University is adjacent to Forest Park, site of the 1904 Saint Louis World's Fair commemorating the Louisiana Purchase and home to the Saint Louis Art Museum, the Missouri Historical Society, and the Saint Louis Science Center. The Missouri Botanical Garden houses rich national archives and is well worth visiting in the course of your stay. You may also be interested in visiting the rare book room in Olin Library or the exhibits at the Kemper Art Museum on the Washington University campus.
