The Graduate Program in Historic Preservation has a wide variety of resources for historic preservation research, including being located in one of the most historically significant cities in the United States--Charleston, South Carolina. Students can step out the front door at 292 Meeting Street and access numerous libraries, research centers, archives, and historic house museums. As students of both Clemson University and the College of Charleston, MSHP students have the opportunity to collaborate with all that both schools have to offer. From the Brick Institute at Clemson to the Avery Research Center at the College of Charleston, students can optimize their researching needs and make the most of their time while studying historic preservation in Charleston.
