Gary Gosztonyi is the former Vice President, Mixed Use Development for Marriott, Int. and is responsible for brand, development and project support for all mixed-use and stand alone residential projects. Mr. Gosztonyi and his team work with the Marriott/Ritz-Carlton Development group and Third Party Developers on a worldwide basis on all of the Company’s brands: to assist and support the efforts of the organization and to acquire, plan, develop, brand and manage large resort, second home and urban mixed-use and stand alone residential branded projects and communities During his career in luxury branded real estate Mr. Gosztonyi has been involved in the development, marketing and sales of resort, second home and primary luxury branded real estate. His experience includes a background working for luxury real estate clients as a senior advertising and marketing executive on the advertising agency side of the business. In addition he has worked directly for several developers such as Centex Destination Properties and AIG Real Estate Development Corporation. Gary has worked for Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller publicly and privately owned firms. He has a varied background and broad base of experience on both the corporate side of the business as well as the advertising agency side of the business that includes the following industries: the soft drink business, the finance and banking business, the fast foods industry, the information and technology business, the human and animal health industries, the hospitality and resort business, the agricultural chemicals and agricultural machinery businesses, the contract builder and developer luxury living golf, second home, resort and primary luxury real estate businesses, the lawn and garden products industry, the small appliances business and the professional builder power tools business. He graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree and earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration at Wake Forest University.
