Recent real estate development experience as an intern with Johnson Development Associates in Spartanburg, SC.  Worked for the Chief Financial Officer assisting with daily operations and growth strategies for developing luxury apartment communities and large single-tenant Class-A industrial space in top US markets.  Responsibilities included financial analysis of industrial portfolio and pursuit deals, active involvement in an apartment development pipeline of around 3,500 units in lease-up, construction, pre-construction, due diligence, or active pursuit.  Involvement with investment funds, government officials, construction managers, real estate brokers, and market research experts.  Additional educational experience with a degree in architecture designing a vast array of studio projects including urban mixed-use, transit-oriented development, adaptive re-use, performance venues and institutional facilities.  Construction contracting experience with Bennett Paving assisting with site-layout and design, and Roebuck Wholesale Nursery and Landscaping installing landscapes and irrigation on large-scale commercial and residential projects.Desire to apply education and professional experience to pursue infill development opportunities in key markets.
