Significant experience and exposure to the real estate industry in Monmouth County, NJ with Laurett Associates, a family owned business. Learned the principles and other various aspects of the development process while working along side family.  Assisted in the design and development of over 50 residential and commercial buildings in the tri-state area.  Previous work with Ward Wight Sotheby’s as an Assistant Financial Coordinator.  Responsibilities included, assisting the company’s CFO by reconciling accounts, submitting deposits, determining the correct amount of reimbursement for realtor expenses, and by paying off accounts. Extensive educational background in government and business with knowledge about REITs, value income producing properties, and the market for capital, as well as how to project the time value of money for fixed interest rate, adjustable rates, and floating rate mortgage loans. Active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity constructing and deconstructing homes to aid an under-privileged community.
