Seven years of professional experience in local government analysis of and support for development projects.  Analyzed project conformance with local zoning and site development ordinances with the City of Blue Springs, Missouri and the City of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.  Developed and supported streamlined application and review processes and provided full staff support to the Planning Commission and City Council for project review.  As Economic Development Coordinator with the City of Sioux Falls, SD assisted in recruiting and establishing companies, which included coordinating approval processes, assistance with site evaluation and representing the city to outside organizations.  Held a primary role in analysis, development and municipal entitlement process for a Tax Increment Finance District for a 90 unit, $24 million mixed use project in downtown Sioux Falls, in addition to supporting multiple additional redevelopment efforts.   Focus is to utilize background and experience to lead and assist in project development and site selection.
