Our graduates have obtained excellent permanent positions typically as Development Associates with such firms as Forest City Enterprises, CBL & Assoc., Novare Group, Carter Real Estate, Spectrum Capital/Yates Companies, CBRE | The Furman Co., Essex Property Trust, Struever Brothers Eccles & Rouse, Starwood, Regent Partners, and others.
The Advancement Board for Real Estate Development and the MRED Program generate contacts and interviews with major employers in the real estate industry. Clemson’s Michelin® Career Center offers programs and services to help all Clemson students identify, strategize and achieve their career aspirations. In addition, the Career Center works with the Graduate School and Graduate Student Government to sponsor workshops.
Members of the Advancement Board for Real Estate Development - as well as Clemson alumni and friends in real estate - provide resources for direction, networking and job placement. Job shadow and other internship experiences are also instrumental in enhancing your experience and creating possible career opportunities.
