The Department of Planning and Landscape Architecture (PLA) includes four professional degree programs which allow the department to engage in a full spectrum of land and community management, planning, and design studies. These programs are:

Master of City and Regional Planning (MCRP)
Master of Science in Historic Preservation (MSHP)
Master of Real Estate Development (MRED)

In addition, the department administers an interdisciplinary Ph.D. in Environmental Design and Planning (EDP).
