1.Bitmap graphics (photographs or other scanned work) should be prepared at a resolution of 300 dpi and submitted in TIF, JPG, or EPS file formats utilizing appropriate three-character file extensions.
2. Vector graphics should be submitted in EPS, WMF, or EMF file formats utilizing appropriate three-character file extensions. It is highly recommended that a PDF file version of each vector graphic be included as well.
3. Charts and tables are to be prepared as separate files for placement within the document. They should be prepared as a MS Excel spreadsheet file, saved in an XLS file format (version 4.0 or newer), or using the table functions within MS Word or WordPerfect, and saved in the appropriate word processor document format indicated above. Charts and tables should not be prepared as standard word processed documents using tab and space functions. It is highly recommended that a PDF file version of each chart or table be included as well.
Papers will be returned to authors with peer reviewer comments by July 30, 2003. If the paper is selected for inclusion in the conference proceedings, authors will have one month to submit a final version of the paper with corrections by August 30, 2003. The format for the final submission will be the same as described above, with the exception that only one paper copy is requested.
Participants submitting papers are reminded to also submit the final abstract for inclusion with conference materials.
