• The Charles Fraser Visiting Associates and Lecture Series honors the legacy
of Charles Fraser, founder of modern-day Hilton Head Island. The first two speakers
were past Chairmen of the Urban Land Institute, Harry H. Frampton III, Managing Partner,
East West Partners, Beaver Creek, CO and James J. Chaffin, Jr. Chairman, Chaffin/Light,
Okatie, SC.
• The Center for Real Estate Development Lecture Series highlights trends, issues and
