AVS Ambassadors
Eleven students applied for and were accepted as ambassadors for the 2008-2009 academic year. Based on engagement and academic assessment, these students are spending the summer researching other ambassador programs nationally, identifying program elements deemed beneficial to AVS at Clemson, and designing a program of outreach to prospective students. It’s anticipated that the Ambassadors will participate in career fairs, visits to high schools, tours of campus and the affiliated farms, and meetings with visiting families. They will assist with CAFLS events as needed.
