She has a great deal of teaching and clinical experience as a Registered Dietitian. Also, she has served on the Executive Committee as the Nominating Chair in the Nutrition Education for the Public Dietetic Practice Group. Now, she serves as the Membership Chair in the Nutrition Education for the Public Dietetic Practice Group.
Her research interests are childhood obesity, child nutrition, and promoting healthy eating habits. My dissertation title was “Promoting and Motivating Middle School Children to Develop Healthy Eating Habits: A Case Study”.
