Profile
Mrs. Sumpter is a County Extension 4-H Agent in Sumter County. She is currently serving on the South Carolina Association of Extension 4-H Agents , Clemson Extension Epsilon Sigma Phi-Alpha Phi Chapter Honorary Fraternity and the State 4-H Leadership Team.
Terri enjoys strengthening the traditional 4-H program and incorporating a strong leadership and citizenship program in Sumter County. She is dedicated to seeking ways to empower the youth to take an interest in their community and to enhance their life skills.
