Tiger Tracks: Web service requests are now being handled through Tiger Tracks. To enter a request, please fill out the form at Clients submitting requests that require files also be submitted are asked to continue to use e-mail.

New OWS Blog available to help communicate Web related information, as well as Cascade information. See:

Giving to Clemson information: Standardized information is being developed for department pages within Cascade.

An addition to the Web guidelines was submitted by the Development Office and has been added:
“Charitable Contributions to or on behalf of the CU Foundation or any other 501c3 organization whose mission is to support Clemson University, cannot be solicited, nor can they be accepted, unless approved in advance by the CU Foundation. For information on obtaining appropriate approval for such contributions, please contact Davy Hammatt (864-656-5897) or Mandy Smith (864-656-2552) in the Gift Receiving Office.”

Feature Farm: Matt is developing documentation for this application. College writers will be able to submit feature stories for their own college homepages.

Updates from other areas:

  • The Alumni Association has introduced a new bi-weekly newsletter to all alumni. Contact Michele Cauley ( if you have information your department or college would like to have included in this communication. The newsletter is meant to serve as an aggregate of messages to reduce the number of individual messages sent. Deadline is the Thursday before mailing. See the latest issue at:
  • Records and Registration plan to work with OWS this summer on an html version of the catalog.

Next Meeting:
There is no meeting scheduled for April.
The meeting will be held in the Alumni Conference Room beginning at 10 a.m. when needed.
