The distance between Clemson University and Greenville has been shortened: On September 9, 2013, the university and Greenlink, the city’s public transportation system, launched a new weekday commuter service to connect the main campus with Clemson’s instructional and research sites in Greenville and other Greenlink stops.

The Tiger Commute Route continues service on Saturdays during the semester. Ride from 9:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. from Clemson University to downtown Greenville with a stop at the Walmart shopping center in Easley. This shopping center also contains Kohls, Academy Sports, Marshalls, PetSmart, Five Guys, Longhorn Steakhouse, and much more.
First bus departs the Greenlink Transfer Center at 100 W. McBee Ave at 9:30 a.m. with the first departure from Clemson University at East Library Circle at 10:30 a.m.
The last bus leaving downtown Greenville will be 7:30 p.m. and the last bus leaving Clemson University will be 8:30 p.m.
