Parking Citations

Parking Citation Appeals

Parking Services authorizes all parking on Campus. Parking permits for employees, students and visitors can be secured by contacting us. In the event that you receive a parking citation and should want to appeal it, there is a formal appeals process through the Parking Appeal Hearing Officers.

Notes:

  1. Penalty amounts are shown on the day of citation issue. Citations become past-due when not paid within 15 calendar days of the date of issue.
  2. Except for Towing and Habitual Violator Violations, the penalty amount may be discounted by 50% if paid within 15 calendar days.
  3. Towing Penalties increase by $6 per day due to the impound fee. The penalty also increases on 16th day after citation issue—the day the citation becomes past-due.
  4. Habitual Violators are persons or vehicles with six or more citations issued in the current parking year (the period of time that an annual parking permit is valid). Habitual Violators who receive ten parking citations in the current parking year will have campus parking privileges suspended for the remainder of the parking year.
