- Persons and/or vehicles with six(6) or more parking citations in the current parking year (the period of time that annual parking permits are valid) are classified as Habitual Violators.The penalty for parking citations issued after the sixth one will be increased by fifty dollars ($50.00) and will not be eligible for the on-time payment discount
- Persons and/or vehicles who receive ten or more citations in a parking year will have parking privilege revoked for the remainder of the parking year.
