Be Safe

Be Safe  Add the Be Safe web app to the home screen of your smartphone!

Go to the Be Safe website and follow the instructions below to add the Be Safe web app to the home screen of an iPhone or an Android device. (The Be Safe app is currently not available in the iTunes store. If your device is not listed below, just search in google for your device name and how to create a shortcut on your home screen.)

iPad:
1.Tap the "Share" button at the top of the Safari screen for the Be Safe website you’re on (rectangle with arrow).
2.Tap the icon labeled “Add to Home Screen.”
3.Tap the "Add" button in the upper right corner.
4.Launch the Be Safe website from your home screen by tapping its icon.

iPhone:
1.Tap the "Share" button at the bottom of the Safari screen for the Be Safe website you’re on.
2.Tap the icon labeled “Add to Home Screen.”
3.Tap the "Add" button in the upper right corner.
4.Launch the Be Safe website from your home screen by tapping its icon.

Android:
1.Press the "Menu" button and bookmark the Be Safe website for which you want the icon to appear on the home screen.
2.Press the "Menu" button again.
3.Select "Bookmarks"
4.Long press the bookmark you want to add to the home screen and click "Add to Home Screen".

Sexual Victimization

Title IX Coordinator - Coordinates the university-wide response to sexual harassment including sexual violence.

If the alleged perpetrator is a student, call OCES (Duputy Title IX Coordinator) at 864-656-0510.
If the perpetrator is not a student, call Access and Equity (Title IX Coordinator) at 864-656-3181.
