Request Academic Access Letters

If you are a continuing student registered with Student Disability Services (SDS), you can request/pick up AALs until midterm. Your AAL request will take 3 business days to process. When requesting AALs for Distance Education/Online Courses, remember that you must have a discussion with your instructor regarding accommodations and how/if you will access them. Remember that even if the instructor has received a AAL on your behalf, it will not be in effect until the two of you have discussed the accommodations. Should you not be enrolled in an on-campus course and are unable to pick up an AAL you may provide SDS with the instructor's name, mailing address or Email address for it to be delivered.
