Mail and Package Pickup

You can pick up mail from your box whenever it’s convenient for you to do so, you will not receive an email when mail is put in your box. Any mail or package that cannot fit in your box is received and processed. Once your package is processed you will receive an email notification that you have received a package. To better serve you please we ask that you come to pick up a package until you have received the notification email. Packages can be picked up Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

The procedures for picking up packages are:

1. Bring your student id ( Tiger 1 card to Student Mail Services, in the lobby you will see two kiosks
2. Slide your card on the card reader at the kiosks, if you have a package you will see two messages on the screen. Pick Up Now or Pick Up At A Later Time. If you want to get your packages now select that one.
3. Come to the counter at Mail Services with your Tiger 1 card, the clerk will verify your identity to make sure you are receiving the correct package.
