Purchasing a Meal Plan

Lost Tiger 1 Card

A charge of $20 will be imposed for all lost cards. Stolen cards with proof of loss (ie a police report) required at time of replacement will cost $10 otherwise the cost to replace a stolen card is $20. Damaged cards presented at time of replacement will cost $10. No charge will be imposed for a card that breaks due to normal wear and tear or for a card on which the magnetic stripe no longer works.
