If you are a new student attending classes at one of Clemson University’s off-campus locations, you will follow the "Photo Submission Guidelines" link below for submitting your photo online. A TigerOne Liaison for that location will email TigerOne Card Services a list of all new students currently enrolled for the semester.
Once your photo is approved by TigerOne Card Services, your card will be printed and sent to your off-campus TigerOne Liaison. Printed TigerOne cards will be sent twice per month to the TigerOne Liaison.
If you are a returning Clemson student and have had a new TigerOne Card issued to you beginning in December 2012, you cannot submit a new photo online. *All replacement card requests are subject to associated replacement fees.
If your card has been lost, stolen, or is just being replaced, you will need to visit our new office location at 111 Hendrix Student Center on Clemson’s campus beginning Monday, June 3, 2013. Our office is open M-F, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. *Individuals are subject to associated replacement fees.
Clemson University’s TigerOne Card Services reserves the right to refuse any photos that do not meet our requirements. If your photo is NOT accepted you will receive an email notifying you. You will NOT receive notification if your photo was accepted. To ensure your photo was accepted log back in to your account at the Online TigerOne Card Office and select the “Submit ID Photo” link.
To get you official Clemson University TigerOne Card you will need to bring a valid government issued photo identification (i.e. Driver License, Passport, Military ID) with you for pick up purposes; and you will also need to know your Clemson University USERNAME and password. If you do not know your Clemson username and password, please contact CCIT at 864 656-3494 to obtain this information prior to visiting TigerOne Card Services.
