TigerOne Card Services administers the TigerOne Card program. The TigerOne Card is the official Clemson University ID Card and is a vital part of campus life.
The pictures taken for your TigerOne Card are to be close ups of the face only. The card must provide the best photo possible for official university business. With certain exceptions for religious accommodations, you are not permitted to wear hats, sunglasses, or any other article that may obstruct the face or hair.
If you suspect your card is lost or stolen, play it safe and report it immediately to TigerOne Card Services via our Online TigerOne Card Office, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week or by calling 864 656-0763 during normal business hours. On the next business day, please come by our office and secure your new card. A charge of $30 will be imposed for all lost cards. Stolen cards with proof of loss (ie a police report) required at time of replacement will cost $20. Otherwise, the cost to replace a stolen card is $30. Damaged cards presented at time of replacement will cost $20.
The TigerOne Card becomes your personal declining balance card when you open a TigerStripe account. The card provides a safe, convenient way to make purchases on campus without having to carry cash. You can also view your purchase history and balance using the Online TigerOne Card Office. Web statements are generated each month and available online to help you manage your account. There are no monthly fees or interest charges and there is no required minimum balance.
Once funds are deposited into your TigerStripe account, they cannot be withdrawn unless you officially withdraw, transfer, or graduate from the University. You cannot obtain cash advances from your TigerStripe Account. Please see Terms and Conditions for complete details.
